LA INTERVENCION POLICIAL Y LA PREVENCION DE RIESGOS[1]

RESUMEN: La intervención policial conlleva en ocasiones emplear fuerza física sobre los ciudadanos/as, la cual debe ser controlada. La formación que se ha venido aplicando en diversas academias de policía, se aleja de la realidad policial, en cuanto a que se aplican muchas técnicas de artes marciales y deportes de contacto, tanto es así que dicha formación tiene entre sus objetivos manipular, golpear y presionar zonas vitales, se realizan calentamientos previos en los entrenamientos con el fin poner la musculatura en estado optimo de trabajo, la formación de los policías se realiza en tatamis o colchonetas, en definitiva nada que ver con los objetivos que debe tener todo miembro del orden como garante de la protección de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas, en su intervención física con ellas y ellos, por lo que desde mi trabajo fin de grado expongo y propongo unas nuevas líneas eficaces de intervención policial bajo el prisma de la prevención de riesgos los cuales se adaptan a las necesidades de la sociedad actual.

SUMMARY: Police intervention means, ocassionally, the use of physical strengh over the citizens, which it has to be controlled.

The sort of formation provided in different pólice academies is far away from police reality, related to the use of different kind of martial arts and contact sports in order to manipulate, punch and press vital zones, where you can carry out initial warm-up exercise to get ready your muscles in a optimal state of work and pólice formation is executed in tatamis or mats. In short, it is nothing to do with the goals that a state security member, as a responsible of the society protection, in his phyisical intervention among them, for that from my end of degree work I present and I propose new efficient ways of police intervention under a risk prevention prism which they fit to the current society needs.
