  Un 97,60 por ciento de los maestros y profesores de centros públicos considera que debe de estar formado correctamente, mientras que un 78,50 por ciento quiere realizar cursos formativos de prevención.

  Sólo un 29,40 por ciento de ese profesorado ha realizado algún curso formativo de prevención de la violencia en los centros escolares y el 79,80 por ciento de ellos desconocen dónde pueden obtener esa formación.

  Son cifras que hablan de la situación en que se encuentran los docentes ante las viejas y nuevas formas de violencia escolar, unos porcentajes que incluso se acentúan en la otra pata principal de la educación, que es la familia.

Si bien existen protocolos realizado por técnicos que se aplican cuando surge el problema o para evitarlo, la diversidad de delitos que emana del uso de las redes sociales y otros instrumentos que llegan con internet provocan que esa formación sea más lenta -en los casos en que esa formación existe- que la aparición de nuevas formas delictivas.

Baste decir que el 51,80 por ciento del personal docente desconoce lo que es el Bullyng; el 92,10 por ciento no sabe lo que es el Happy Dlapinges; el Dating Violence es desconocido para un 78,50 por ciento y un 36,60 por ciento no sabe qué es el Ciberbulling.

No es extraño teniendo en cuenta a la velocidad que se propagan pero sí es preocupante por cuando los docentes son también víctimas de esos delitos, al ser los responsables de los alumnos mientras que éstos están en clase. Y mucho más porque son quienes están más cerca para reconocer esos tipos de situaciones, que difícilmente reconocerán si no han oído hablar de ellas.

El último dato, que corrobora esto último, es que el 65 por ciento del personal docente desconoce las pautas de actuación que debe seguir y el 68,20 por ciento no saben cuál es el papel que le corresponde frente a este tipo de delitos.

El estudio en cuestión es el resultado de una exhaustiva recopilación y análisis de datos realizado por la Escuela de Prevención de la Violencia en la que trabajan de forma desinteresada un equipo de criminólogos formados en la Universidad de Cádiz y comandado por José Carlos Vera.

El equipo
El equipo lo conforman Luis Carlos Rojo Suárez, María Mateos Sanmartín, Juan José Pereira Ruiz, Alberto Rodríguez Rodríguez y Antonia Jurado Galindo, todos graduados en Criminología por la Universidad de Cádiz a excepción de Antonia Jurado que es instructora universitaria de kick boxing y Defensa Personal Integral.

El estudio incide en la formación de la familia porque es en casa -en la era de las comuniciaciones- donde más tiempo suele estar el menor si se trata de la comisión de ciberdelitos.

“Las herramientas como cursos formativos, talleres, charlas… de las que disponen las familias (niños incluidos) son aún peores que las de los profesionales de la educación”, dicen el estudio.
Una muestra de 625 entrevista con padres concluye que un 19,7 imponía medidas restrictivas o de control de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TICS), aunque la mayor parte de las personas que respondían así reconocían que no sabrían qué medidas aplicar.

El 38,4 por ciento de los padres no dispone de información sobre hábitos y normativas de seguridad en las TICS mientras que el 661,6 por ciento sí tienen esa información.

Aquí se produce un dato de lo más desagradable y preocupante, porque de los que conocían esas pautas, sólo un 1,3 por ciento las conocen gracias a la labor de divulgación de la Administración, “lo que evidencia la escasez de formación preventiva que se presta en este ámbito”.

Todo ello cuando según los datos más recientes a nivel nacional del Informe Cisneros X, un 23,2 por ciento de los niños españoles, uno de cada cuatro, están viviendo situaciones de acoso escolar. Y Andalucía está a la cabeza. Aquí es el 27,7 por ciento el porcentaje de afectados.

Y es que la conclusión final todavía es peor. Los niños y jóvenes también adolecen de lo mismo. No saben que están delinquiendo.
