Desde el servicio de Formación de la Diputacion de Cádiz y coordinado por la Escuela Para la Prevención de la Violencia, se ha puesto en marcha cinco actividades formativas totalmente novedosa y pionera en el ámbito de la policia local, dirigida a policías locales de la Provincia de Cádiz acogidos al plan agrupado de dicha Diputacion de Cádiz.

Cuyo objetivos principales son:

Los objetivos principales que se persiguen con esta acción formativa son los siguientes:La adquisición de conocimientos básicos en prevención de riesgos laborales necesarios para su correcta aplicación en el lugar de trabajo.

  • Dominio sobre legislacion basica en prevencion de riesgos laborales.
  • Procedimientos sobre Manejo y uso de técnicas defensivas en la intervencion policial,
  • Conocer la pirámide de proporcionalidad.
  • Observar y saber las distintas dotaciones, materiales de defensas y armas con las que se equipa a los profesionales.
  • Experimentar e interpretar técnicas de comunicación y respuestas psicológicas en intervenciones diversas.
  • Ejecutar adecuadamente técnicas básicas fruto del estudio I+D+I
  • Integrar las técnicas básicas correctamente en la pirámide de proporcionalidad y adaptarlas en su ejecución a la defensa de dotación y arma de fuego.
  • Dominar las técnicas propuestas en las distintas situaciones de la pirámide de proporcionalidad (en la reducción, en el cacheo, en engrilletamiento, en el vehículos…).
  • Asimilar y priorizar las actitudes preventivas sobre las lesivo-represivas.
  • Entender e interiorizar en la actitud profesional y personal el significado del ejercicio legítimo de un derecho, oficio o cargo.
  • Minimizar los riesgos y las lesiones en la intervenciones policiales, tanto del ciudadano como del agente del orden.
