El pasado día 17 de noviembre de 2014, comenzó la IV EDICION DEL TITULO DE INSTRUCTOR UNIVERSITARIO EN OPERATIVA TACTICA POLICIAL DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE CADIZ .
Este titulo de experto universitario consta de 500 horas semipresenciales de las cuales tendrán tres fines de semana presenciales y las demás horas en el campus virtual de la Universidad de Cádiz.
Las instalaciones de la Academia de Seguridad Publica del Ayuntamiento de Cádiz es la sede donde se están celebrando las sesiones presenciales, que comenzaron el pasado viernes 21 de noviembre y fue inaugurado con la presencial del Concejal de Policía del Ayto. de Cádiz, el Intendente Mayor de la Policía Local de Cádiz y el Secretario del Instituto Andaluz Interuniversitario de Criminologia, secc cadiz. Jose Carlos Vera Oficial de la Policía Local de Cádiz ha impartido en este primer fin de semana, técnicas físicas de intervención policial, basadas en la prevención de riesgos y la protección de los ciudadanos/as.
La dirección de curso esta a cargo del Dr. Luis Ramón Ruiz Rodríguez, Director del IAIC y Jose Carlos Vera.
Con esta novedosa Titulación, obtendremos a profesionales con una capacitación integral necesaria para formar a policías en esta área, con conocimientos de Psicopedagogía, Psicología Táctica Policial, Medicina Legal, Bases biomecánicas y fisiológicas, Defensa táctica policial, desarrollando un trabajo de formación regulado, como no podría ser de otra manera desde la Universidad.
Los fines didácticos cuya consecución se pretende en el presente curso es formar a instructores que sean capaces de dotar a policías en:
– Prevención de riesgos laborales en el desempeño de la función policial.
– Mejorar la capacitación Policial en el desarrollo de sus funciones profesionales.
– Unión de técnicas adecuadas para alcanzar un óptimo nivel preventivo y defensivo, encuadrado con el inestimable apoyo de la psicología y medicina legal dentro del marco constitucional.
– Dominio instintivo de estas técnicas aplicando la razón por encima de la fuerza.
Dicha titulación de experto universitario de la Universidad de Cádiz esta dentro del proyecto PROYECTO DE I+D DER 2012-35997-C03-03, Estudio multidisciplinar de las defensas y las técnicas de intervención policial, dirigido a la prevención de riesgos profesionales y la mejor protección de los ciudadanos.
